All This And More Than A Brother is a series of improvised lo-fi sonic explorations made entirely with vintage synthesizer equipment and found sounds from AM radio and micro-cassette recordings, compiled with home software on a simple Windows 95 PC soundcard. 'All This...' goes back to the basics: melody, polyphony, tonal color and mood dominate, with the minor imperfections from a single-take approach to recording retained as part of the organic character of the work.

Tracks such as 'Morphology of A Winter Twig' and 'The Treeline' are worlds unto themselves, inviting the listener to explore as new vistas emerge from sonic fog, while 'Elephant and Castle' and "The Rookery' blend warm, painterly tones with rhythmic persistence.

All This And More Than A Brother was released on Treetrunk Records and is available on a pay-what-you-want (including free) basis as a digital download.
